Reported to instavolt by telephone. charger rebooted still would not start. button light went out. had to move to chargepoint 2. took 20 minutes to get the charge started.

[ General Comment , Charged Successfully ]Beautiful location. Telephoned INSTAVOLT helpline and spoke to Jazz because my Credit card said not supported. INSTAVOLT confirmed they accept credit and debit cards. Jazz was very helpful and kind. Restarted both charging stations for me.

late night top up. Chargepoint 2 out of service Fault code 16/166. Reported to INSTAVOLT 00:03 am 27/07/2022. Operator stated fault was known to them. Charger restart not possible remotely. Engineer required. Jo will escalate the issue. No incident number given nor time scale to bring back online. Chargepoint one operating normally.
