Sign In[ Fault Report (Notice To Users And Operator) , Failed to Charge (Equipment Problem) ]E1438/E1439 has a very dim display screen. Could not start a charge via app or RFID card.

[ Fault Report (Notice To Users And Operator) , Charged Successfully ]Station ID 52238A (both ports) are offline and displays a message: NETWORK DOWN Please Contact Customer Support. Unable to initiate a charge with Shell Recharge app. Also, Station ID 52153A has a screen that is completely dark. Reported both issues to support via email.

[ Fault Report (Notice To Users And Operator) , Failed to Charge (Equipment Not Operational) ]Station ID 52153A presented with a black screen. Called Shell Recharge customer support and they said that it showed offline on their end and couldn’t do a remote reset. Upon checking the history, customer service noted that the issue was reported yesterday (10/14/2023).
