Following up on issue with Station ID 43359: The charger is still offline and the screen still displays the BIOS text. I have notified Shell Recharge again via their support email.

Following up on issue with Station ID 43359: 36 days since reporting the issue to Shell Recharge via phone, the charger is still offline and the screen still displays the BIOS text. I notified Shell Recharge again, this time via their support email.

[ Fault Report (Notice To Users And Operator) , Charged Successfully ]
Fast Charger Station ID 43359 is offline and the screen has BIOS text on it. Called Shell Recharge customer support and they couldn’t reach it via the network. They said they have created a trouble ticket for the issue.
