Rating: 5 out of 5 [ General Comment , Charged Successfully ]Visited 9th July. Agree friendly cafe, meals sized for hungry walkers! If approaching from Llanberis, the critical point is being able to crest Pen-y-Pass (359m asl); the rest of the journey to Capel Curig is mainly coasting / using regenerated electricity. Wi-Fi available in cafe Daytime parking free, overnight parking (7pm-7am) £5. Hostel, bunkhouse and camping nearby. Because of parking congestion at Pen-y-Pass and Llanberis, for walking in the Snowdon area Snowdonia National Parks suggest parking in Capel Curig and taking the frequent bus service to Pen-y-Pass and Llanberis. There is a bus stop by the cafe.
