Screen scrambled, not responding to any input. Reported to Chargemaster. Unit has recently been replaced.

Software on unit had once again hung, not responding - stuck on tick mark. Reported to Chargemaster, who said they'd send an engineer to look at it.

Software on the unit had hung, phoned Chargemaster, unit not responding on network, they'll send an engineer, which will take a few days. Until then, it's not working.

One bay in use charging, using socket labelled as 7kW. Second bay was ICEd. I managed to park nearby and stretch cable to reach. Surprisingly, got 7kw charge from socket labelled as 3kW. Could be because outlander on other socket can only do 16A? Maybe it is really a 2x 7kw post?

ICEd, two spaces. Had words with manager and they are in the process of having head office approve new signage and perhaps road markings.

It looks like the circular guard barrier around the chargepoint has had some impact, all the mounting bolts have sheared off - by design, the guard barrier is now loose. Reported to Source London, who will probably eventually report it to Chargemaster, who will then eventually report it to Waitrose, who will then report it to someone else. Still no signage. All bays were ICEd when I arrived, but a car just pulled out as I approached.

Both bays ICEd, fortunately, my cable reached another nearby bay. Unlike some other Source London points, this one doesn't seem to accept Charge Your Car cards, managed to remotely activate charge via Polar Instant app.

Both bays ICEd but car park is VERY busy and not big so not surprised. Charge post is almost buried in a hedge.
