Like getting blood out of a stone trying find out why these chargepoints are not available for everyone using the EB Go! App. Got there eventually.

Apparently these chargers are not for Public Use Only Staff and Visitors. They are still there in an emergency situation.

Both Chargepoints Out of Service. Reported to Operator via phonecall. Very helpful Chap on the phone believes the fault is already known and is being worked on.
