Sign InRating: 3 out of 5 [ Important Notice (For Other Users) , Charged Successfully ]They put a poll at the car park so I had to move to park my car. Although, it is free , you need to have an active account with polar instant and in order to activate, I had to top up 20 pounds at least to get the active account. I am looking for refund after that but I am not sure whether I can get the money back or not

The charging seems to take long more than an hour to charge about 20 percent I think
