Sign In[ Fault Report (Notice To Users And Operator) , Charged Successfully ]Station ID 53376A is offline in the Shell Recharge app. When attempting to charge via the app, a message appeared: “Error Unable to use the EVSE, it is in an unknown state.” Credit card method to start a charge also failed. Tried twice and both times the message appeared: “Payment Error Your payment failed. Please retry. For assistance call 1-855-900-7584” Reported the issue to Shell Recharge customer support via email.

[ Fault Report (Notice To Users And Operator) , Charged Successfully ]The fast charger on the right, Station ID 53378A displays "Error Code: CHARGER _DOOR_OPEN" Contacted Customer Assistance at the number on the label and they said that the charger is offline and it already has an open ticket.
