Sign In[ Fault Report (Notice To Users And Operator) , Equipment & Location Confirmed Correct ]Station ID 52444A is offline and both ports display a message: “NETWORK DOWN Please Contact Customer Support.” Electric vehicles are parked in both charging spaces and not connected. Reported the issue to Shell Recharge customer support via email.

[ Fault Report (Notice To Users And Operator) , Charged Successfully ]None of the stations including the fast charger show up on the app. If scanning the QR code on each station with the Shell Recharge app, the following message appears: Error Charge station not found. Was able to initiate a charge with a Shell Recharge RFID card that I had.
