It failed to identify the user from my CYC card. (I used the card successfully at other points in the same day)

Rating: 1 out of 5 [ Fault Report (Notice To Users And Operator) , Failed to Charge (Equipment Problem) ]Attempted charge 7 Feb 2015 at around 8pm. Nissan Leaf via Chademo. CYC card worked, but charge then failed with message relating to initialisation with vehicle. I first reported this fault to CYC in late November, and as far as I know it's been faulty ever since. (The Leaf charged via Chademo successfully about 15 mins later at the Ecotricity unit at Abington services, which would appear to indicate that the vehicle is not at fault.) Anyone else managed to get this charger in the village to work?
