Sign In[ General Comment ]I’ve been in to the Green label car park twice in the last 2 weeks and on both occasions the charge stations have been closed. They even have a notice on the ticket machine when entering the car park.

Rating: 2 out of 5 [ General Comment , Charged Successfully ]On arrival 3 bays empty, 3 bays closed. Service wasn't operational. Called through to Queensgate Customer Services who were able to reset the system. On return to the vehicle later that afternoon somebody had removed our charging cable from the point, less than 20 mins into the charge! Result - not enough charge for the journey home, had to wait to recharge : / .. NOTE TO PROVIDER: as with the 'car end' and other charging stations, please update the hardware to lock the cable when in use!
