[ Fault Report (Notice To Users And Operator) , Failed to Charge (Equipment Problem) ]CCS failed to charge (error after init) reported to operator several times. AC working at 22Kw but limited to 1 hour max use penalty charge therefor pretty useless.

Rating: 1 out of 5 [ Fault Report (Notice To Users And Operator) , Failed to Charge (Equipment Problem) ]Tried charging the i3 on the CCS today. It gave a CCS error code after trying to initialise charging. I spent 20 minutes on the phone to ChargePoint Genie, who tried to remotely operate the charging station. She even rebooted the charger to no avail. I read all the on screen error codes, so hopefully an engineer will be out soon. Two days beforehand I had trouble getting the charger to communicate with the vehicle. No error codes, but on the fourth attempt, it started charging.

[ General Comment , Failed to Charge (Required Other Access Card/Fob etc.) ]Could not charge using iphone app - claimed it couldn't communicate with the chargepost. don't have a compatible card, think ChargepointGenie issue them but not sure how to order once registered!
