Rating: 4 out of 5 [ Fault Report (Notice To Users And Operator) , Failed to Charge (Required Other Access Card/Fob etc.) ]Despite several attempts with CYC card the machine always displayed "Invalid Youser". The same card worked fine 10 minster later at ecotricity pump. This appears to be a common theme on my visits to evolt rapid chargers. I have seen little improvement in the reliability of the network in 16 months of EV ownership. Very dissapointing.
