[ Important Notice (For Other Users) , Charging Spot Not Found (Inadequate or Incorrect Details) ]I walked around the David Hume Tower and its car parks around, I circled the whole building, and could not find any charging sockets. So unless they are in a secret underground car park, or well-hidden, sockets at this location don't exist.
