Rating: 1 out of 5 [ Important Notice (For Other Users) , Failed to Charge (Required Other Access Card/Fob etc.) ]Charger behind a locked gate. Gatekeeper lets you in but only for turning around. He said my license plate (Tesla S) was "not on the list of vehicles for charging".

Rating: 4 out of 5 [ General Comment , Charged Successfully ]Charging for free, works fine. No access card needed. However the charge station is behind a locked gate but you can ask a ocal business person or reception to open it.
