Wembley Stadium Red Car Parkcharging location
The instruction sign says to use the main panel on each floor to start the charge. This system isn't fully working yet, as long as the green light on the the chargepoint is flashing you can plug in and start charging.

Enter from the South Way or Royal Route entrance and the charge points are in most bays on levels 1 and 2. Unfortunately anyone can park in the bays and they are often occupied by ICE vehicles. Not all of the points work, so look for the flashing green light to show it is ready. At present, you don't need to be a member of a charging provider.

Went to the unit by the lift where you commence (and presumably pay for) charging. Screen blank, system off. Called the parking office who said the system was down. Met a lady with an Ampera on the 6th floor, exact same problem there. No effort made to fix the system or inform users before entry to the car park of the problem.

[ Important Notice (For Other Users) , Failed to Charge (Equipment Not Fully Installed) ]Spoke to Car Park regarding charging points,apparently although they exist they are not switched on as land owner is deciding how much to charge on top of parking fee.......also it's not clear which operator it comes under.Car Park company as helpful as they could be hopefully will have more information on the 4th January 2016
