Hi! The three charging spaces are marked for handicapped parking only. Was not able to check the functionality. It is a mode 2 charging point, since there are no Type2 connectors. Instead there are 3 standard outlets (Schuko) with 1phase 230V which does not allow continous 16A output, the marking onthe outlet (230V, 16A) refers to the peak current when the fuse would disconnect. The standard outlets are scaled for 230V/10A or 2,3kW. A Tesla Model S would limit automatically the maximum available current to prevent permanent damage/overheating/fire.
