Note that for over 2 years now, only three of the Type 2 plugs actually work, and two of them are reserved for a car sharing company. So if you get there and someone else is already charging, the rest of the plugs stop working. Most of them blink all the time, and the one or two that show green start to blink the moment you try to charge. So effectively, only one charge spot is usable.
