Sign In[ General Comment , Charging Spot Not Accessible (Access locked or site closed) ]Building work in progress, currently only one spot available, might be reservered for a zoe belonging to e-carclub.org. Some council workers stopped their van to adjust the temporary barriers, so I asked. The English speaking one said he thinks the council are putting in more private and public bays as part of a go green thing for the council.

[ Suggested Change (Note To Editors) , Charging Spot Not Accessible (Access locked or site closed) ]This car park is only for Watford Town Hall staff use, apparently. I tried to charge there at lunchtime today and couldn't even get past the barrier.
