Sign In[ General Comment , Failed to Charge (Required Other Access Card/Fob etc.) ]Sign posted from main road as "rapid charger", laminated A4 sheets from council to say that the marked parking space can be used for charging a ev or hybrid for 1 hour, no return within 1 hour, but no clue as to who owns it, or who's card you need. Wasn't until I put up the photo that I spotted on here about taxi only.
